Volunteering with the Severn Vally Railway

Volunteering is a huge part of our society. People from all walks of life do it to give something back to the community, and gain at the same time. We filmed many volunteers one cold saturday morning at one of the busiest stations on the line, Bewdley. From young to the old, we asked why they decided to start volunteering, what they enjoy about it and what they get out of it.

We compiled just a few of the snippets in this short feature which was used as a promotional to attract new volunteers to the railway. A voiceover was used during the video along with clips of wheels in motion on that saturday morning.
